To review or cancel an existing hotel reservation made through our online booking system, enter the
Guest's secret number, Reservation number and the E-Mail address used for the reservation, then click the "View/Modify/Cancel Reservation" button. (All these details can be found on this e-mail confirmation).
- After reviewing the reservation, you have the option to cancel it or exit without making any changes.
- In case you loose all the details concerning your reservation, please contact us and w'll send you a copy with your reservation details.
- If you want to proceed with a cancellation but you lost all the reservation details, sending us an E-mail we can cancel the reservation for you. In this case we can help you only if you are in the terms of the hotel cancellation policy otherwise you should contact directly the hotel.
Contacting us please be sure to include:
- the E-Mail address used for the reservation
- your first and last name
- the name, city and country of the hotel reserved
- the reservation dates
